THE EXACT NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO WILL OCCUPY THE APARTMENT AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING MUST BE COMMUNICATED. The prices also include the bike storage in the garden, the WI-FI connection, the cradle to request at the
time of booking.
For sea front apartments increase of € 50.00 for week (for August the surcharge is € 100.00 for week). The following services are excluded: Final cleaning € 90.00 for two-room apartment and € 100.00 for
three-room apartment, City taxmunicipal, Deposit OF 30% the rest on delivery of the keys.
A deposit of € 150.00 will be paid on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay, except for any damages or lacks.
Arrivals are allowed on Saturdays from 5.00 PM.
Departures are allowed on Saturdays from 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM, after check by our state staff of the housing unit.
